Order Processing
- All orders will be processed within 1 business day of receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- We currently ship all across India.

Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Hi-Fi India is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier/carrier issues.
Order Tracking
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email / SMS once their order has been shipped.
- You can track your order status using the provided tracking link and tracking ID.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
- Hi-Fi India is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their complete shipping address and contact number during checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Hi-Fi India is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier/courier service.
- Customers should contact the carrier directly to report any issues regarding lost or misplaced packages.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, customer unavailable, or wrong phone number), the customer will be responsible for additional re-shipping charges to resend the package.
